Labour of Love

All the artworks are created by Barlow & Co. a wine specialist design studio, based in Chiswick, London.

We start with a story or little-known fact about a grape, and from there we build a visual narrative to bring that to life.

Working with a variety of methods including illustration, watercolour, pen & ink, photography, screen printing or new media to create the individual pieces.

It’s in essence a collaboration between designers, illustrators and copywriters, each one bringing a unique perspective to the page.

Wine Art is an on-going project and we will be adding more designs for classic and obscure grapes over time. There are over 10,000 different grape varieties, so we have plenty to choose from!
